Le Barba's origins date back hundreds of years and the history of the food is engrained with the history of Monaco and the people living along the Côte d'Azur.
Le Barbajuan is Monaco's traditional delicacy, and each family had its own secret recipe.
Our proprietary recipe "By Guillaume" is one of Monaco's favourite variants and we strive to bring authenticity and excellence to every bite, in order to share a little taste of Monte-Carlo with the world.
Our mission is not only to preserve the heritage of the Barbajuan, but also get the world to discover this local culinary delicacy that is ideal for all gatherings and social venues.
